Packaging
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Items are fully tested and in perfect working order when posted. We charge a fee only to cover the cost of shipping, materials and labour.
Postage
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please check the item listing to find out the delivery method of your item. Shipping costs are calculated based upon the item weight and your delivery address.
We post Royal Mail 1st Class as standard. Please check your item listing to check otherwise. We mark all our items as dispatched once they are packed. Occasionally things do go missing in the post, or can be delayed.
If the item is sent via courier and no one is at home to receive the delivery, then the courier will "card" you with instructions for re-delivery. If you are "carded" you should phone the number on the card within 7 days to rearrange delivery. If no contact has been made within 7 days the parcel will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will be invoiced to you as this is charged to us by the courier.
Returns
All transactions are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000, which states that you have the right to 7 working days Cooling-off period starting from the day the item was received. This is to allow for the fact that you did not have the chance to peruse the item as you would in a shop.
If you wish to return your item:
a) It must be done at your cost ie. the buyer must pay all return postage costs. This will not be refunded.
b) The item must be returned in A1 condition and with all of the packaging intact so that the item can be resold as new. The item must also be packaged securely.
If you fail to return the item to us, we can arrange for collection and the collection costs will be taken from your refund.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
Guarantees
We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we will be happy to help.
